I had ordered a beautiful latte with macadamia milk and a shot of matcha. When I first took a sip from drink, I was able to taste the honey and macadamia mixed together with the matcha, which I thought it was good. The service was pretty quick since it was an hour or so before closing on a Sunday. The atmosphere was chill and quiet when it's not as crowded. The location is on the 1st floor near Bloomington and parking is underneath the mall. However, you do have to pay for parking after the 1st hour is free unless you get validation from AMC, one of the stores, or restaurants that offers the validation.
Stopped here on a recent trip to LA and had the BEST experience. Amazing matcha and incredible service. Definitely recommend!
I was there yesterday and the staff they had was so much fun. I wanted to specifically write a review for them. They were helpful and made the experience that much more special. The location and decor is great. It is so different from everything around it. What I had was delicious as well. I've been here before and enjoyed what I had but like I said, the staff made this time so much more fun.
Excellent drinks, but the STAFF truly keeps this place special! They always remember me, always remember my drink, and ALWAYS fun, funny and professional. And while you're there, try an almond milk matcha with a splash of ube! GREAT TEAM.
Love, love, love their matcha. I ordered matcha latte whole milk and a little classic syrup. The service is amazing! Always very friendly professional, and make an amazing Matcha. They have a nice ambiance!
I think this Cha Cha location might be new? Never seen it before here at Century City. My mom and I came by on a weekday evening and we were the only ones there so drinks came fast. The lady working behind the counter was friendly and polite. Matcha latte (hot) w/ almond milk and honey 2/5, just ok this honestly didn't do it for me. I think there wasn't enough matcha : milk ratio going on as it tasted more milky than anything Matcha Chai (hot) w/ almond milk 4.5/5, omg this will be my only order from here going forward. It's a Chai primarily w hints of matcha. While I would prefer more matcha flavoring, this was well done.
Surprised to see the low reviews for this shop when checking it on Yelp before going. I had tried a Cha Cha Matcha location a few years back and remembered enjoying it so wanted to give it another shot. This storefront is located in the Century City Mall so it's great to be able to get a nice matcha fix while shopping! Upon entering we were immediately greeted and was given a rundown of the menu. The barista recommended the draft matcha latte with a shot of strawberry syrup so I took his recommendation and I'm so glad I did - so delicious! It was very refreshing and the combination of all the flavors really helped bring the drink together. My friend ordered an iced matcha latte, but the taste was underwhelming and lacked the richness and quality we were expecting. Service was quick, we were in and out in less than 5 minutes!
